HDR settings are missing from Player Settings on Windows
How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new project
2. Open Edit → Project Settings → Player
3. Search for “HDR“ in the searchbar in the Player Settings
4. Observe the highlighted results
Actual results: “Allow HDR Display Output” and “Use HDR Display Output” settings are not visible in the window
Expected results: “Allow HDR Display Output” and “Use HDR Display Output” settings are shown and highlighted in the window
Reproducible in: 6000.4.0b2, 6000.5.0a3
Not reproducible in: 6000.3.2f1, 6000.5.0a2
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (25H2)
Not reproduced on: macOS 26.1 Silicon (M1), No other environment tested
