[HDR] Color picker normalized hex code is wrong
Project Steps:
1. Select material blue
2. Open color picker for Emission color
3. Set Color to white and move intesity slider above 1
4. Sometimes Normalized hex code becomes #FEFEFE
5. Looks like some truncation problem
