HashSet<T>(int capacity) constructor is not supported when creating a HashSet variable
How to reproduce:
1. Open tester-attached project (HashSet)
2. Check the Console window
Expected result: no errors are present in the Console window
Actual result: the constructor, used to create a HashSet is not supported and errors are thrown in the Console window
Reproducible with: 2018.3.2f1. 2019.1.0a14, 2019.2.0a1
