[GraphView] IEdgeConnectorListener.OnDrop() is called even when there is already an edge connection and port capacity is single
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-submitted project ("GraphViewPractice.zip")
2. Go to "MyGraph" -> "Open Window"
3. In the newly opened graph window connect "Node 1" output to "Node 3" input
4. Observe the OnDrop debug log in the console when connecting nodes
5. Without detaching the nodes connect "Node 1" output to "Node 3 input again
6. Observe the console
Expected result: IEdgeConnectorListener.OnDrop() is not called and no debug log is shown
Actual result: IEdgeConnectorListener.OnDrop() is called regardless whether the edge connection is already made and an OnDrop debug log is thrown
Reproduced in: 2019.3.0a7, 2019.2.0b8, 2019.1.8f1,
Couldn't test with: 2018.4.3f1, 2017.4.28f1 (Breaks the project)
