Global Illumination Draw Modes in scene view don't display Generated Lightmaps when project is reopened
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("ReproLightmap.zip")
2. Open SampleScene scene
3. In the Scene window at the top-left corner select any of Global Illumination Draw Modes
4. Open Lightning window (Window->Rendering->Lightning Settings)
5. Select the Scene tab and disable Auto Generate in the Lightning window
6. Click Generate Lightning
7. Close and reopen the project
Expected result: Lightmap is shown in the scene
Actual result: Lightmap is not shown in the scene
Reproducible with: 2018.3.14f1, 2018.4.11f1, 2019.2.9f1, 2019.3.0b6, 2020.1.0a8
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.33f1
