[GLES3] Shader doesn't compile when step() * step() multiply is used
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached 'Archive' project.
2. Set graphics API to GLES3.
3. Build and run the '1' scene on a mobile device.
- Shader will not compile and will show as a pink cube.
Reproduced with:
Android(GLES3), iOS(GLES3)
5.3.8f2, 2017.2.0b5, 2017.3.0a2
Not reproducible with:
Metal, GLES2
