[HLSLcc][ImageEffects] Adding "Tonemapping Color Grading" component in GLCore in Windows crashes the editor
Adding "Tonemapping Color Grading" component to a GameObject while using OpenGLCore API in Windows 10 causes the ditor to crash in "DataBufferGLES::CopySubData"
Repro Steps:
1) Open attached project and scene "Test"
2) Select any GameObject and add component "Tonemapping Color Grading"
3) Wait a few seconds and observe crash
Regression from V5.3
NOTE: In 5.3 The following is written to console but the component still works.
"GLSL compilation failed:
0(49) : error C1115: unable to find compatible overloaded function "atomicAdd(uvec4, uint)""
