Generating squares with meshes larger than ~65500 vertices causes wrong connections
How to reproduce:
1. Download attached project file
2. Select GameObject in Hierarchy Window
3. In Inspector Window, change Mesh Generator "Columns" and "Rows" values to 200
4. Enter Play Mode (Look at the generated mesh in the Scene Window after selecting Wireframe view)
Actual result: There is an issue with the geometry when generating more than ~65500 vertices. This is visible by looking at the mesh generated by the attached code in wireframe view
Reproduced with: 2017.3.0b11, 2018.1.0a5
Unable to reproduce with 2017.1, 2017.2 because of 65000 vertices limit
[resolved: by design, need to use IndexFormat.UInt32]
