Garbage is generated when a game object with a camera component doesn't have GUILayer component too
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the tester (garbageGenerationBug.zip)
2. Open the Profiler
3. Enter Play mode
4. Click mouse button in the Game view and move mouse around
5. Observe that garbage is generated when you move the mouse
6 (Optional) Add GUILayer component to the camera game object and repeat 3 - 4
Expected: garbage is not generated if camera doesn't have a GUILayer component on it
Reproduced in 5.5.5p1, 5.6.4f1, 2017.1.1f1, 2017.1.2p1, 2017.2.0f3, 2017.3.0b4

For a developer who spends a lot of time ensuring my GC allocation remains at 0 during runtime, this is a major issue. Hopefully it gets fixed soon!
