[Undo] GameObject is duplicated when undoing "Replace Base" operation
Steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Add a GameObject
3. Convert it to prefab and then to Variant
4. Open variant InContext
5. Drag root to the Project Browser and choose "Replace Base"
6. Save
7. Go to the scenes
8. Undo a few times

Variant instance is duplicated
Also repro in Version 2019.4.26f1 (e0392c6b2363) with a slight difference: Redo will kill the duplicated object

Resolution Note:
This will be fixed at a later point. We plan to change how file-id's are generated for variant base. That change will automatically fix this issue
