GameObject Gizmo axis are glitchy when SceneView AlignViewToObject is called with object's transform
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("case_1200632.zip")
2. From Hierarchy window select "Cube" GameObject
3. In the Inspector window under the Script Component press "AlignCamera" button
4. Press Play and observe the Scene view
Expected result: Gizmo axis are not glitchy
Actual result: Gizmo axis are glitchy
Reproducible in: 2017.4.35f1, 2018.4.13f1, 2019.2.14f1, 2019.3.0f1, 2020.1.0a15
Notes:
1. The issue doesn't reproduce if the Z transform of the GameObject is anywhere from -0.5 to 0 and 0 to 0.5 exclusive (there are some other specific values, e.g. 5.4 but there is no obvious pattern)
2. For the issue to occur, after the AlignViewToObject has been called, GameObject has to change its transform
