Game view window scale resets when exiting full screen and scale was set to lower than 1x
To reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Open the Game view window
3. Set aspect ratio to QHD (2560x1440)
4. Set Scale to any value lower than 1x e.g. 0.5x
5. Set it to go to Fullscreen on Play mode
6. Enter Play mode
7. Exit Play mode (on win use ctrl+shift+f7)
8. Observe the Scale
Expected result: the scale is the same as before entering fullscreen
Actual results: scale resets to 1x
Reproduced on:
2022.1.0a16 2022.1.0f1 2022.2.0a10
Could not test on:
2019.4.38f1 2020.3.33f1 2021.31f1 2022.1.0a15 no full screen mode, only maximized
Notes:
- Tested on Windows11
- If the scale is set to higher than 1x, the scale doesn't reset after exiting fullscreen mode

Resolution Note:
Fullscreen Playmode has been removed from Unity in its current iteration. It does not meet the product quality bar. We hope to address it in the future in a more holistic way.
