[Probuilder] Freeze Transform flips GameObject's normals when its scale is negative
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached '1296104.zip'
2. Open the 'Freeze Transform' Scene
3. Open Tools > ProBuilder > ProBuilder Window
4. In the Hierarchy window select 'Cube'
5. Observe the Cube in the Scene view
6. In the ProBuilder window select 'Freeze Transform' and observe the Cube
Expected result: The Cube doesn't flip
Actual result: The Cube flips horizontally
Reproducible with: ProBuilder 4.1.0 (2018.4.30f1, 2019.4.16f1, 2020.1.16f1, 2020.2.0b14, 2021.1.0a8), 5.0.0-pre.7 (2019.4.16f1, 2020.1.16f1, 2020.2.0b14, 2021.1.0a8)
Cannot test with: ProBuilder 5.0.0-pre.7 (2018.4.30f1) (the ProBuilder package version is not supported)
