Framing (focusing) Terrain causes MissingComponentExceptions when the Terrain has no TerrainCollider
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the “FrameTerrainIssue“ project
2. Open the “Main” scene
3. Select the “Terrain” GameObject
4. Ensure the cursor is in the Scene view and press F to Frame Selected
Expected result: The Scene view frames the selection
Actual result: Multiple “MissingComponentException: There is no 'TerrainCollider' attached to the "Terrain" game object, but a script is trying to access it” errors in Console
Reproduced in: 2021.3.27f1, 2022.3.4f1, 2023.1.1f1, 2023.2.0a21
Reproduced using: macOS 13.4 (Intel), Windows 10
