Fix for 2022.3.X: Flickering of HDRP Directional Light shadows with DirectionalMixedCachedShadows when in an Entities Graphics rendered Subscene
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "static-shadows-repro.zip"
2. Enter Play Mode
Expected results: Shadows in the Subscene are rendered
Actual results: Some of the shadows in the Subscene are not rendered
Reproducible with: 1.0.16 (2022.3.10f1)
Reproducible on: Windows 11 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
