Event.mousePosition value is not updated when dragging Assets
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open 'Test' > 'Event.current.mousePosition bug'
3. In the Project window select the 'EventMousePositionTest' script
4. Drag the selected script towards the EventMousePositionTest window and observe the X and Y fields
Expected result: Values of the X and Y fields are constantly updated while dragging the script
Actual result: Values of the X and Y fields are not updated while dragging the script
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0b2, 2020.2.0b11, 2021.1.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.29f1, 2019.4.14f1, 2020.1.13f1, 2020.2.0b1

This issue breaks a lot of custom drag and drop scripts, and, as a result, cripples our custom list reordering in Odin Inspector.
