Error thrown when using search filter dropdown in Test Runner
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any Unity project
2. Go to Window>General>Test Runner
3. In the EditMode tab, click on the dropdown to the right of the search bar
4. Select any entry
Expected result: no errors
Actual result: an error is thrown - OnGUIDepth changed: was 2 is 1. Event type was 14
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a12, 2023.2.0a20
Not reproducible with: 2023.2.0a11
