Error CS0234 when there is a system in a namespace that ends with the name of its components' namespace

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project "1230507_ErrorECS.zip"
2. Observe the Console window
Expected result: No errors in the Console window
Actual result: An error is thrown:
"Temp/GeneratedCode/Assembly-CSharp/ExampleSystem__System_1971733846.g.cs(30,71): error CS0234: The type or namespace name 'Module' does not exist in the namespace 'SomeName.Module.SomeName' (are you missing an assembly reference?)"
Reproducible with: 0.17.0-preview.42, 0.50.0-preview.24, 0.50.1-preview.2 (2020.3.34f1)
