Entities with Terrain Tools Package throw conflict in the stable type hash errors
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project named "Case_1292459"
2. Observe the Console window upon launch
Expected result: The packages are compatible with each other and no errors are thrown
Actual result: Stable type hash errors are thrown
Reproducible with: 0.16.0-preview.21( 2020.1.14f., 2020.2.0b11, 2021.1.0a6)
Not reproducible with: 0.14.0-preview.19(2020.1.14f1, 2020.2.0b11)
Notes:
1. The thrown errors can be cleared, but they re-appear after entering Play mode or re-launching the project
2. Reproducible with Terrain Tools package versions (1.1.2-preview - 3.0.2-preview.3)

1/24/22 - Still receiving this error, latest com.unity.entities package is v0.17.0 from the package manager.
