[Emission] Burst emission values of an instanced particle get overwritten with the values of its prefab in 2017.2 or later
Repro steps:
1. Open Scene1 from attached project in 2017.1.0f2 or earlier
2. Select the particle system in the hierarchy and observe the burst emission values
3. Open the project in 2017.2.0b2 or later
4. Select the same system in the hierarchy and observe how its burst values have reset to those of its prefab.
Expected outcome: the scene instance of the prefab to be able to maintain its values.
