EditorStyles.label, miniLabel, boldLabel, centeredGreyMiniLabel are offset in the center Y coordinate of the rect
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached 'BugReport_EditorStyles_WhiteLabel.zip' project
2. In the Editor open 'BugReport' > 'Open Window'
Expected result: both labels are drawn in the same position
Actual result: the grey label (non-flashing one) is offset in the middle of the rect
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a3, 2019.3.0b10, 2020.1.0a12
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.33f1, 2018.4.12f1, 2019.2.12f1, 2019.3.0a1, 2019.3.0a2

Resolution Note (2020.1.X):
Few styles have been modified from UpperLeft to MiddleLeft alignment and this resulted in Y offset. This is an expected behavior.
