EditorGUIUtility.labelWidth gives incorrect value when not using a CustomEditor
To reproduce:
1. Open the project “IN-5043”
2. Select “Test” GameObject in the Hierarchy
3. Look at the Inspector
4. Expand the Inspector window
Expected result: Test_DefaultEditor and Test_CustomEditor shows the same labelWidth value and is changing it when expanding the Inspector window
Actual result: The Test_DefaultEditor shows an incorrect labelWidth value (150) and is not changing it
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a9, 2022.2.0b3, 2023.1.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.38f1, 2021.3.7f1, 2022.1.11f1, 2022.2.0a8
Reproduced on: macOS Monterey 12.4 (Intel)
