AudioListener.pause is ignored when a new Scene is loaded
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "default-audio-engine.zip"
2. Build And Run the project for WebGL
3. Click the "Reload scene" button in the Player
Expected results: Audio is paused
Actual results: Audio is playing
Reproducible with: 2022.3.57f1, 6000.0.37f1, 6000.1.0b5, 6000.2.0a2
Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
