Editor window minimizes when changing the Layout while using the Windows split-screen function
How to reproduce:
1. Create an empty project
2. Minimize the Editor window, then dock it using the Split Screen function on Windows
3. In the Editor window, change the current Layout to any Editor Layout that isn’t the currently selected one
4. Observe the Editor window
Expected result: Editor window stays within the confines of the Windows Split Screen view
Actual result: Editor window is minimized
Reproducible in: 2021.3.46f1, 2022.3.54f1, 6000.0.30f1, 6000.1.0a7
Reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11
Not reproducible on: macOS 14.6.1 (M1 Pro)
Notes:
* Issue does not reproduce when using the split-screen function on macOS systems
* Issue does reproduce when using the Windows 10 split screen view. To reproduce, two windows (one of which is the Editor) while minimized should be dragged to the opposite sides of the screen (left and right respectively) and docked there to fill the empty space on the screen while still windowed.
