Editor uninstaller leaves some DLL files behind on Windows
To reproduce:
1. Remove Unity via Uninstaller.exe
2. Observe that when the uninstaller finishes, there are still files in the folder
Expected: no files are left unremoved when the uninstaller finishes its job
Reproduced in 2018.1.4f1, 2018.1.7f1, 2018.2.0b10, 2018.3.0a3
Did not reproduce 2017.4.5f1, 2018.1.3f1
