Editor UI freeze when adding unlimited number in newly created Custom PSDImporter Pipeline Object count
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project using Universal 2D Template
2. Make sure to import 2D PSD Importer Samples (from Package Manager)
3. In the project window create new Custom PSDImporter Pipeline (right-click Project window > Create > 2D > Custom PSDImporter Pipeline
4. Select the “Pipeline.asset” in the Project window
5. In the Inspector window expand “Object To Apply” array
6. Type number “10000000” Array size in Objects To Apply field
7. Press Enter or Apply
8. Try scrolling down the arrays list

Actual results: Editor is unresponsive, keeps on loading/lagging, user can add unlimited number in “Objects To Apply” field
Expected results: The number of “Objects To Apply” should be limited to a reasonable number, Editor is responsive

Reproducible with versions: 6.0.9 (2021.3.50f1), 8.0.5 (2022.3.60f1), 9.0.3 (6000.0.43f1), 10.0.0 (6000.1.0b11, 6000.2.0a7)
