Editor manifest hasn't been updated to include the latest 2.0.x IAP Package
The current manifest for 2018.3 contains IAP package version 2.0.1, which is not the latest 2.0.x release. This means that when you create a new project with 2018.3, the package included with the editor will not be listed as Verified.
The manifest needs to be updated every time the patch version of the package goes up.
1. Install Unity
2. Create a new project with any settings
3. Open the Package Manager UI
4. Select the In App Purchasing Package
Result:
Package included with the editor is 2.0.1. This is not listed as Verified.
Expected Result:
The editor should include the latest Verified version of the package.
