Editor hard crashes when script causes stack overflow in Windows 7
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached "CustomUISystemCrashSample" project
2. Load Scene "Test Forms" and enter Play Mode
Expected result: Editor does not crash and throw StackOverflowException in Console
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproduced with: 2017.4.12f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.9f1, 2018.3.0b3, 2019.1.0a2
Notes: The issue does not reproduce on Windows 10 and an error is thrown in the Console instead

Resolution Note:
StackOverflow exceptions are quite hard to handle correctly. We don't handle them at all on old Mono. On new Mono, we rely heavily on OS support. As this is working correctly in newer versions of Windows, it is unlikely we will fix this on Windows 7.

This problem completely breaks the editor. The game mode starts for a very long time, the code compilation time increases. It helps only complete reinstallation of Unity.
