Editor fails to detect a Tilemap when using the "Cinemachine Confiner 2D" Component and Camera Projection is set to Orthographic
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “DPCC.zip“ project
2. Open the “gamescene“ Scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Click at the top tiles of the screen until the “Player“ GameObject stops moving
Expected result: “Player“ GameObject reaches the top of the tilemap
Actual result: “Player“ GameObject stops moving
Reproducible with: 2.9.5 (2021.3.30f1), 2.9.7 (2022.3.9f1, 2023.1.12f1, 2023.2.0b8, 2023.3.0a4), 3.0.0-pre.7 (2023.2.0b8, 2023.3.0a4)
Reproducible on: macOS 13.4.1 Ventura (Intel)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- Disabling the “mabboundary“ GameObject or the "Cinemachine Confiner 2D" Component on the “Main Camera“ GameObject allows the “Player“ GameObject to continue moving
- Might need to enable Oversize Window in the "Cinemachine Confiner 2D" Component for the issue to reproduce
- Couldn’t test Player due to errors in the Console when building

Resolution Note:
This is not a Cinemachine problem. The test project can be fixed by putting the "mapboundary" object onto the IgnoreRaycast layer.,
