Editor crashes when deleting a prefab which is used as a tree in Terrain inspector
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project (treecrash.zip)
2. Open the scene and select Terrain in hierarchy
3. Go to "Place tree" tab in Terrain inspector
4. Lock Terrain inspector
5. Delete "Characters" folder from the project
6. Editor crashes
