Editor crashes or throws MissingReferenceException when deactivating/deselecting custom EditorWindow
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "Picker.zip"
2. In the Editor' tab section, select "Procedural Level" -> "enum"
3. Deselect the newly created custom Editor window by clicking anywhere on the Editor
4. Repeat step 2 and step 3
5. Observe Console and Editor windows
Expected result: Unity does not crash
Actual result: Unity crashes
Reproducible with: 2018.2.0a1, 2018.2.3f1, 2018.3.0a8
Not reproducible with: 2017.2.3p3, 2017.4.9f1, 2018.1.9f1
Cout not test with: 2017.1.5f1 (due to lack of new features)
