[Windows] GUIView::GUIViewWndProc crashes when Custom Editor window is dragged or out of focus
To reproduce:
1. Download attached project "Editor Extension.zip" and open in Unity
2. Open the Easy Editor > Home custom window and attempt to dock it or click on another window
Expected results: Unity Editor does not crash when trying to dock window or clicking on another window
Actual results: Unity Editor crashes when trying to dock window or clicking on another window
Notes:
- This issue appears only on Windows
- On OSX everything works as expected
- The stack traces and errors are shared in the comments section
Reproduced on Unity 2018.2.0a1, 2018.2.6f1 and 2018.3.0a10
