Editor crash when launching Renderdoc in Play mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Download and install “RenderDoc” from here: https://renderdoc.org/builds
2. Open the attached project “BugRepro”
3. Open scene "Assets/SampleScenes/5. Deformation/MeshDeformations/MeshDeformations.unity"
4. Enter Play Mode
5. Right-click on the 'Game' tab
6. Select Load RenderDoc
Expected result: RenderDoc application is loaded
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 1.0.8, 1.0.10 ( 2022.3.35f1), 1.2.3 (2022.3.35f1, 6000.0.8f1)
Reproduced on: Windows 11 23H2 (22631.3007), Windows 11 (10.0.22631) 64bit (user’s)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- Not reproducible on a freshly created scene
- Not reproducible on a new project with URP
