[ECS] Static Objects' positions are incorrect when they are Converted To Entity in Standalone Application
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's project
2. Press Play
~ Inspect objects positions ~
3. Build a Standalone application and run it (Build & Run)
4. Inspect Entities positions once again
Expected result: Objects are converted to Entities and Position is correct
Actual result: Objects are at different positions in the Standalone build
Reproducible with - 2020.1.0a5, 2019.3.0b4, 2019.2.7f2 (Entities 0.1.1 - preview)
Could not test with - 2018.4.9f1 and earlier (a lot of errors)
