[ECS] GameObjectConversionMappingSystem.DeclareReferencedPrefab does not raise a warning when given object is not a Prefab
How to reproduce:
1. Open 'SampleScene' from "NonPrefabWarning.zip"
2. In Hierarchy select 'PrefabConstructor'
3. Drag 'Sphere' or any other object from Hierarchy to "Element 0" slot in "Prefab Constructor" Inspector
4. Start Play Mode and inspect Console
Expected result: "Object is not a Prefab" warning is shown before any other conversion-related errors
Actual result: Only "GetPrimaryEntity(Object 'Sphere') is a GameObject that was not included in the conversion and will be ignored." warning and "ArgumentException: The entity does not exist" error appear in Console
Reproducible with: 2019.3.1f1, 2020.1.0a23
Could not test with: 2017.4 - packages not supported, 2018.4 - missing functionality in supported package versions
Reproducible with packages: 0.4.0, 0.5.1
Not reproducible with package: 0.3.0
