[DXR] Scene/Game view becomes overexposed when DXR is enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project from the linked repository page
2. Open the Sample Scene
3. Move the Camera around the Scene
4. Observe the Scene view
Expected result: Sample Scene is rendered normally with no visual artifacts or high levels of exposure
Actual result: The objects inside the Scene receive high levels of exposure
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a21(10.0.0-preview.11, 10.0.0-preview.33)
Does not reproduce with: 2019.4.5f1(7.4.1), 2020.1.0f1(9.0.0-preview.33)
Could not test with: 2018.4.26f1(DXR was not yet available)
