[DX11][Linear][Canvas] View is darker when build is running in non-native fullscreen and canvas are present in the scene
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "Test"
3. Build and run it in no-native fullscreen
4. Notice that view is darker than in editor
Note: Not reproducible with DX9, gamma space or when scene doesn't have canvas
Reproduced with: 5.3.6p4, 5.3.6p6, 5.4.1p2, 5.5.0b5
Not reproducible: 5.3.6p2
