[DOTS] Low Hybrid Renderer/Physics Job performance when using Unity 2020.3.16f1 or higher
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "1385608_Repro.zip" project
2. Open the Scene "SampleScene"
3. Open the Profiler (Window->Analysis->Profiler
4. Set the Profiler to record Playmode and enable recording
5. Enter the Play Mode
Expected results: Profiler reports ~30-60 fps
Actual results: Profiler reports ~15 fps
Reproducible with: 0.11.0-preview.44 (2020.3.16f1, 2020.3.30f1)
Not reproducible with: 0.11.0-preview.44 (2020.3.15f2)
Note:
- "Semaphore.WaitForSignal" and "NarrowPhase:ParallelCreateContactsJob (Burst)" have high times in the Profiler that are causing the fps drop, ~100+ calls and takes 40-90 ms
