Resolution Note:
Why won't fix: This method is not part of .NET for Universal Windows Platform version 5.0 API surface, which was decided by Microsoft in 2015. The only way to fix this is to upgrade to a newer version of .NET for Universal Windows Platform, which we will not be doing as .NET scripting backend has been deprecated in Unity 2018.2 and removed in Unity 2019.1.
