Documentation page is not displayed for the user when he clicks on "ScriptGraphAsset" and "StateGraphAsset" question marks
To reproduce:
# Open HUB;
# Create a new project;
# Go to "Window" menu and select "Visual Scripting" ->"Visual Scripting Graph";
# Click "Create new State Graph " and save it;
# Go to "Window" menu and select "Visual Scripting" ->"Visual Scripting Graph";
# Click "Create new Script Graph " and save it;
# Go to Project section and select "Assets";
# In "Assets" select “New State Graph”;
# Go to "Inspector" and click on a help icon "Open Reference for StateGraphAsset;
# In "Assets" select “New Script Graph”;
# Go to "Inspector" and click on a help icon "Open Reference for ScriptGraphAsset.
Expected Result: Documentation page with the data should be displayed for the user.
Actual Result: User gets "Sorry... that page seems to be missing!".
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a11, 2022.2.0b8, 2022.1.16f1, 2021.3.10f1.
Could not test with: 2020.3.39f1, because functionality not available on this build.
