Crash when using lightSource.AddCommandBuffer and exiting Player that has Graphics Jobs enabled on Intel 4400 HD
How to reproduce:
1. Open users attached project
2. Make sure that DirectX12 Graphics API is used and Graphics Jobs is enabled (File --> Build Settings --> Player Settings --> Other Settings)
3. Build & Run Player
4. Exit the built Player (Using ALT-F4 if not in Windowed mode)
Expected result: Player is rendered just like in DirectX11, no visual artifacts appear, no crash occurs when exiting Player
Actual result: Visual artifacts appear (or nothing is rendered, depends on GPU), crash happens when trying to exit the Player:

Resolution Note:
This is a third party issue as https://uk.pcmag.com/processors/136778/intel-is-disabling-directx-12-on-4th-gen-haswell-processors HD 4400 doesn't support DirectX12 anymore, and even had they not removed the support actively it's still out of support and for desktops we don't do driver bug workarounds.
