Delta Position is incorrect when changing active child node of Blend Tree
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project(ANIMATOR BLEND DELTA POSITION.zip)
2. Enter play mode and look at the "Man" GameObject in the Scene View
3. Wait until the scene is paused by the script
Expected result: The delta position(green ray) is similar to the average velocity(magenta ray) in magnitude
Actual result: delta position is around 10 times bigger than the average velocity
Reproducible with: 5.6.6f1, 2017.1.3p3, 2017.2.2p3, 2017.4.1f1, 2018.1.0f1, 2018.1.0f2, 2018.2.0b1, 2018.2.0b2, 2018.2.0b3
