Debug.DrawLine() doesn't work when called through ContextMenu
Repro steps:
1) Open the project
2) Drop Debugger.cs on a Cube
3) Notice the lines appeared as they were called from the Start()
4) Right click and click Draw Rays(which calls Start())
5) Notice lines disappear and are not redrawn
Expected: lines are drawn even if called from the context menu
Reproduced in: 5.4.0b10; 5.3.3p3; 5.2.4f1
