Creating a new scene in the hierarchy window it becomes the active scene
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new project
- In the Hierarchy window right-click on existing scene
- In the dropdown menu press Add New Scene

Actual results:
The newly created scene "Untitled" becomes the active scene
Expected results:
The newly created scene "Untitled" does not become the active scene
