Crashes on CachedReader::InitRead when reimporting a corrupted Prefab
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached Unity project
2. Reimport Assets/Water_Splashes/Prefabs/BigSplash_Size_B.prefab
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.31f1, 2018.4.5f1, 2019.1.14f1, 2019.2.1f1, 2019.3.0a10

Resolution Note (2019.3.X):
This issue no longer occurs with 2019.3.15f1 and more recents version. If you reload the Prefab it loads properly.
