Crash on mono_class_init when pausing playmode or inspecting object
Reproduction steps:
1. Open repro project (NewRepro.zip)
2. Open scene "TestScene".
3. Press Play.
4. Press Pause.
Expected: Play mode will be paused
Actual: Editor crashes
Reproduced on: 5.4.5p2, 5.5.4f1, 5.6.2p4, 2017.1.0p2, 2017.2.0b5, 2017.3.0b1, 2018.2.10f1, 2018.3.0b3, 2019.1.0a3
Notes: Bullet is instantiated on start to minimize the amount of steps.

Resolution Note:
This particular case has been investigated thoroughly and we have decided, in the interests of protecting the stability and features of Unity for users that rely upon the affected versions, to not address this fix for the time being. We understand that this will cause problems for some users, and so may address in a future version.
