Crash on HexStringToBytes when opening the project
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “CrashRepro” project
Expected result: The project opens
Actual result: Unity Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2020.3.44f1, 2021.3.17f1, 2022.2.3f1, 2023.1.0a26
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro 22H2, Ubuntu 20.04

Duplicate of a ticket that was already fixed, this issue no longer reproduces on the latest version of 2023.3 or 2022.3. Closing this ticket out.
