Crash on GfxDeviceWorker::RunCommand when inputing loads of characters in the Scene View Overlays Presets Menu
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. In Scene View open the Overlays Menu (press `)
3. Click the "Default" option to open the Overlays Presets Menu
4. In the text search start typing for as long as you can (Use copy and paste)
Actual result: The Overlays Preset search has no character limit, it expands as characters appear until the Editor crashes
Expected result: The Overlays Preset search has a character limit, like most of the Editor text inputs (see attached screenshot)
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0b4
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.3.7f1, 2023.1.8f1 (No Overlay Presets Menu text input)
Tested on: Windows 11
