Crash on build when running the build with missing prefabs
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user attached project
2. Open "TestScene" scene
3. Go to Build Settings... > Build
4. Run the build from the destination folder
Reproducible with: 2021.3.1f1, 2021.3.3f1, 2022.1.2f1, 2022.2.0a15
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.34f1, 2021.3.0f1
Note: not reproducible with "Build and Run"
