Context menu only applies to the GameObject which was right-clicked when multiple GameObjects are selected
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Create a few empty GameObjects
3. Select the created GameObjects
4. Right click the selected GameObjects
5. Observe the results
Expected results: Context menu applies to all the selected GameObjects
Actual results: Context menu applies only to the GameObject that was right-clicked
Reproducible with: 2023.2.5f1, 2023.2.10f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.35f1, 2022.3.17f1, 2023.2.4f1, 2023.3.0b7
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested

Resolution Note:
Due to the state of the new Contextual Menus feature, we decided to revert to OS Menus in 2023.3. Hence, we are cancelling all 2023.2.X ports and recommend using 2023.3.0b1 or higher for more stable context menus. The feature will be reconsidered in future versions.
